• 50–60% deposit required to begin all services
• Standard turnaround: 2–4 weeks (based on complexity)
• Rush services available:
– 2–3 weeks: + $50
– 1 week: + $100
– 3–5 days: + $150
• Final balance due at pickup (no exceptions)
• All sales are final on deposits/completed alterations
• Not responsible for pre-existing damage or improper garment care
